Jennifer E. Peck, Esq. is a partner at the law firm of Solomon, Steiner & Peck, Ltd. Jennifer is a Certified Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and has been named a Super Lawyer for 2023 and 2024. Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Trust, and Estate Administration.
Jennifer received her law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law (cum laude). She received her undergraduate degree in political science from John Carroll University. Jennifer has taught classes and continuing legal education seminars for the Ohio State Bar Association, Geauga County Bar Association, Cuyahoga Community College, the Ohio CPA Annual Accounting Show, and the National Business Institute. She also speaks on Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Tax Planning to both professional groups and individuals. Jennifer is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Geauga County Bar Association. Jennifer has been the Chair of the Advance Directives and Estate Planning Committee of the Geauga County Bar Association since 2013.
Jennifer has been involved in estate planning and probate since she was a law student working at an estate planning and probate law firm. Jennifer was attracted to these areas due to the challenge of working with our complex tax code and because of the personal satisfaction of being able to help families through difficult times. Jennifer was working on her LL.M. degree (Masters in Taxation) at Case Western Reserve University when she decided to pursue two other more interesting matters – her two daughters. Jennifer was a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s troop for many years and thoroughly enjoyed the many adventures with these amazing young leaders. Jennifer currently serves as Secretary on the Board of the Friends of WomenSafe, a 501(c)(3) whose Mission Statement is to raise funds and increase awareness of domestic violence and the support services provided by WomenSafe, Inc.
